The Little Way Gift Shop Terms and Policies for Engraving, Shipping and Returns.
SHIPPING: These shipping rates are for the continental USA. We Gladly will ship anywhere in the world and will quote shipping per order. All orders ship by UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS. The shipping carrier is chosen by us at the time of shipping. You will not be charged shipping on backorders or merchandise not in stock until your order has been shipped.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3-4 business days of purchase. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Credit Card verification and authorization must be received prior to processing. We do not charge handling fees. On extra large framed art standard freight charges apply plus a $20.00 fee for custom packaging. The fee will appear on the product display. All products shipped to North Carolina addresses will be charged sales tax. All out of state shipped products will not be charged sales tax.
ON ENGRAVING ORDERS THAT START WITH "JDS-" ORDER CHANGE FEE ($25.00): Once your order is submitted to us it will be considered ‘in processing’. Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25 per order as we process our orders very quickly. Changes include but are not limited to personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Some change requests will be unavailable if the order is in the final stages of production or deemed unreasonable to find the order in our production center.
ENGRAVING AND FONT INFORMATION: Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters, with or without punctuation. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. We do not make font changes. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, “ or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear.
ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PATRON SAINT AND RELIGIOUS MEDALS THAT HAVE AS ITEM # BEGINNING WITH THE LETTER B.
MEDAL AND CHAIN TYPE: We offer 2 sizes of Patron Saint Medals for each Saint, a medium size (3/4” x ½”) and a large size (1” x ¾”). We offer 3 types of medal to choose from; Sterling Silver (SS), Gold Filled (GF) and 14KT Gold (K). The Sterling Silver Medium Patron Saint Medal comes with an 18” Sterling Silver Lite Curb Chain. The Gold Filled Medium Patron Saint Medal comes with an 18” Gold Filled Curb Chain. The 14KT Gold Medal does not come with a chain. The Sterling Silver Large Patron Saint Medal comes with a 24” Stainless Silver Heavy Curb Chain and Gold filled Large Patron Saint Medals come with a 24”Stainless Gold Heavy Curb Chain. The 14KT gold medal does not come with a chain.
ENGRAVING AND FONTS: If you chose to have your medal engraved, the engraving is all done by hand. You have 5 fonts to choose from: Roman, Helvetica, Script, Monogram and Circle Monogram. For a Circle Monogram, the limit is 3 letters. The Font choices are located in the thumbnail under the product picture. Please indicate which font you prefer in the drop down box provided to the right of the product picture. Your product will be engraved exactly as you write it. This includes spelling, punctuation marks, letter size and spaces.
Please note, the Medium medals can be engraved with 3 lines of text with 12 spaces on each line. The large medals can be engraved with 4 lines of text with 16 spaces on each line. There is a $17.50 charge for the hand engraving for each medal.

Our guarantee includes exchanges only. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as we cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: Do not return any items until you send an email to steve@the littlewaygiftshop.com for an Authorized Return #. You may return items (other than Personalized) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). To ensure proper credit to your account, please enclose a copy of the invoice in the box with the returned item, the Return Authorization # and indicate your reason for the return.
All items must be free of markings, scratches and damage. Send the item to us with your name and address on the box; please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection. We do not accept returns COD. Returns and exchanges are normally processed within 10-14 business days*. See note below. Returns on clearance items will not be accepted or credited to your account.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10-14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
